As part of the Calibration Pilot, a comparative study was conducted between the ThinkUp! mini games and similar exercises for the assessment of cognitive skills with the certified PEBL test. The statistical analysis of the results showed a good agreement of validity between ThinkUp! and PEBL.

The statistical analysis of the children’s performances in the ThinkUp! mini games resulted in the weighting curves of the five mini games, which now constitute a tool for detecting ADHD symptoms, combined with other tools for assessing a child’s cognitive skills and clinical picture.

The diagram on the right shows the assessment of a child’s working memory using the corresponding ThinkUp! mini game. The scale has been removed from the diagram for copyright protection reasons.

The Feasibility Study of the ThinkUp! platform has also been completed and the results are particularly encouraging regarding the prospect of commercial use of the platform as a tool for detecting ADHD symptoms and practicing cognitive skills. The ThinkUp! platform comes to fill the gap in regards to ADHD symptom detection tools calibrated for the Greek population. The utilization of the ThinkUp! platform to fill this gap is a priority goal of the Consortium.
