This Sunday, October 20 at 12:15pm, Anna Maria Psaromba from the Panteion University team will present the paper “FocusLocus: Gamified digital environments for the rehabilitation of ADHD in school-age children” at the 7th Panhellenic Conference on Developmental Psychology at the Central Auditorium of the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of West Attica.
The FocusLocus gamified intervention platform is based on cognitive training methods for the acquisition of mental and motor skills and behavior change through mini games and the ReeFocus game, adopting the concept of asset management as the main instrument of gamification. FocusLocus is designed to be highly personalized and tailored to each child’s individual situation, symptoms, age and personality. The ThinkUp! project expands the FocusLocus platform by extending the use of the platform’s mini games to identify ADHD symptoms in children.
